Thinking About Person Centred Planning Training Pack

A 69 page training pack designed to help you deliver a one day course about person centred planning. It contains everything you need including, session/activity guides and trainer notes, 17 colourful overhead transparencies and a CD with spoken notes and all the pack slides on powerpoint.

This pack was developed by people with learning difficulties and paid staff in Norfolk and has helped to create a pool of local people who are able to tell others about person centred planning and why it is so important.
