Learning Sets

What is a Learning Set?

Small groups of people who meet up often and help each other learn about person-centred planning by sharing what they are Doing:

What Will We Do?

Develop/continue to develop a plan for
themselves or:
• Develop a person centred plan for a person they
know well or
• Support others to learn about person centred
planning and get going
• Work in partnership with people and develop
strong relationships
• Share what they are learning
• Tell their own stories
• Help others to make a start


What help will there be?
• Lots of ideas from other members
• Lots of support for each other
• Plenty of encouragement
• Access to materials and resources
• A person to help the group work well
