Over the past seven years Simon has facilitated person-centred planning with individuals and teams. He has a particular interest in life-time learning and has explored the development of personal portfolios as a vehicle to help people learn from their everyday experience. Simon has assisted the development of leadership programmes with disabled people and family carers in the UK. He brings to his training a sense of passion, fun, practical experience and real life examples to illustrate possibilities |
