Community Gatherings

Person Centred Planning Fun Day

Saturday 9th September
Rare Breeds Centre
Woodchurch.

Ashford District Partnership Group and The Community Learning Disability Team are arranging a fun day about person centred planning.

Lots of people are coming from other towns in Kent
Everyone is welcome

A special speaker called Michelin Mason will be talking to everyone.
We are going to have music from Saturn night-club
An art session run by the Rainbow Gallery and entertainers.

You can find out how to do your own person centred plan and there will be a lot of information about advocacy, Direct payments and the District Partnership Group.

We will need lots of people to help on the day and will be asking for volunteers. The Ashford Day Opportunities Centre is working hard on a banner and Tony Prescott and Glenn Ruby are running a special group about person centred planning. There will be lots of different things happening all day.
