Community Futures Kent and Voluntary Action within Kent are pleased to present ' A Little Book of Ideas' to support team work in developing person centred approaches through teamwork.

The mini book contains lots of group games, team exercises and information to explore person centredness in our work. It can be used in staff training, workshops and team building sessions.

This is a community organisation run by, and with, people with a learning disability with the aim of getting people good lives within local communities.

Values Incorporated is working with Community Futures Kent as is part of the Avenues Trust Group.

Community Futures connects people with a learning disability into mainstream services. It supports people to make their own 'life plans' and to work on their goals. Community Futures Kent is working on access to the things many people take for granted:

> Access to places (Getting in)
> Access to information (Easy Read)
> Access to good support (across public services and specialist services)
