Building Inclusive Kent Communities

This is a two year programme of work we are delivering with the Foundation for People with a learning disability. It is funded by Kent Adult Social Services.

The work has tested new approaches to:

a) developing inclusive practice across Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Malling and Swale

b) connecting people with a learning disability into new oppoprtunities

c) setting up partnership working across services such as Church Volunteers working with the Library service.

Project findings will be published in 2011.
